You'd be surprised at the number of "seaters", as they are called, available on the Internet. Some are even offered for free download. This system isn't legal, of course. Party Poker actively monitors all games to make sure all seats are legally obtained. However, some programs still get through the system and are used by dishonest players. If you suspect someone of being a Party Poker seat stealer, report him or her to the administrator immediately.
